One of the top paying businesses which most young people in Nigeria tend to make money from is website designing and development.

Website designing basically involves the creation of a website and if you can create web pages, then you can make money from web designing.

The internet is full of websites and these are the places or platforms you normally visit whenever you are browsing the internet.

It requires computer skills that has to do with the ability to operate computer programs that are designed to create websites. With programs like Front page, Dreamweaver, Flash and ability to write HTML codes, a website can be created and published.

Wed development on the other hand has to do with developing an existing website or even redesigning it. It also requires the ability to use web designing programs on a computer.

There are lots of businesses in Nigeria which do not have a website or presence on the internet and so what some web designers do is offer them a package that can put them online.

Designing a simple 5 page website can earn a designer as much as N20k or more and more complex or dynamic websites tend to cost more.

Most young people who are still students tend to engage in website designing, a skill they learned outside school, in order to earn money to support their education. It is something that can be done anywhere as long as one has a computer with the right programs and the skills to use them.

As a website designer, you can set your price easily and make a lot money if your skills are unique and you can improve on your skills by using the internet.

Website designing can be a good money maker for you if you learn it well and are able to get a lot of clients offer a contract to you.
